Our annual event

On March 21, 2023, we hosted the Equity = Possibility Black Leaders Symposium, Enabling Resilience in a Changing World, in Atlanta, Georgia. This one-day event brought together over 100 senior Black executives, C-Suite leaders and business practitioners to discuss their most pressing business challenges and opportunities.

Our Social Justice Double Match Program, established in 2020, in which Marsh McLennan matches colleagues’ donations to organizations that support racial justice and equity. Our financial commitments and partnerships with A Better Chance (US), Black Girls Code (US), Blueprint for All (UK) and Gideon's Promise (US) to advocate for equity for the Black community.

Colleague Tendi Manjonjori Wins D&I Champion Award

Marsh McLennan colleague Tendi Manjonjori was awarded with the 2022 BPIC Champion Award for his collaborative work with the organization, working to provide resources to help grow the BPIC network including identifying and providing a dedicated office space for their operations. Tendi's commitment to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion has been longstanding with his position on the Race Advisory Council as well as his support of global supplier diversity initiatives. In addition to his work with BPIC, Tendi also has built a relationship with the MSDUK, the UK's premier supplier diversity advocacy and certifying organization for ethnic minority-owned businesses (EMBS) in the region. Congratulations, Tendi!
